AUSTIN, TEXAS: Building an impeccable physique has remained a significant component of Hollywood stars, particularly in the action and Superhero genres. Former UFC commentator Joe Rogan, on the other hand, feels that actor and former wrestler Dwayne Johnson's godlike body was the result of using steroids and compared his physique to the actor Hugh Jackman.
Actors such as Johnson and Jackman are among the biggest names in this profession. When it comes to Jackman, who is in his 50s and has always maintained an outstanding physique as Wolverine, Rogan believes that Jackman's physique is "far more achievable."
'Not a f**king chance in hell he's clean'
Jackman has maintained an excellent physique and portrayed the famous character 'Wolverine' throughout his career as Wolverine in the 'X-Men' movies. Although Rogan accused Jackman of using dodgy tactics like using steroids to bulk up for the role, the comedian praised him and said, "Yeah... that's achievable." However, when it came to Johnson, Rogan was less than complimentary.
Johnson has been known for his amazing body since his WWE days and continues to do so despite being in his 50s. Although the WWE superstar maintained it was all natural, Rogan was not convinced and accused Johnson of taking performance-enhancing chemicals to maintain his remarkable physique.
Rogan said, "There's not a f**king chance in hell he's clean," Rogan said of the WWE star's body. "There's not a f**king chance in hell he's as big as The Rock is at fifty." He did, however, laud Jackman for doing the same, as he prepares for 'Deadpool 3'.
'He can’t do this anymore'
Although Rogan earlier accused Jackman of using steroids to get in shape, the podcaster admired the actor. Despite the fact that Jackman is expected to reprise his role as Wolverine in the upcoming threequel, his body in the picture may rely on Visual Effects (VFX), as Jackman refused to use performance-enhancing substances for the film. Rogan respected the actor's decision.
Rogan said, "They’re gonna CGI it. He said that he can’t do this anymore, and it's also he’s in his 50s. I mean what do you think that a guy like that gets on to get that big? I mean what kind of stuff? I’ve never gotten that big. So when you get that big like, what are you on?"
Given that Rogan is a long-time fitness devotee, it's easy to understand why he disregards the usage of PEDs and has been vocal about it on occasion.
