CLEVELAND, OHIO: Michael Bisping rently leaked irate texts of Jake Paul against UFC president Dana White. The UFC fighter, Bisping had previously engaged in heated social media debates with the YouTuber-turned-boxer, Paul over a possible match even providing a draft contract.
However, Bisping responded and accepted the offer, but the fight never took place due to complications with obtaining professional sanctioning. Despite the fact that their bitter feud appears to be finished, Bisping's latest sequence of messages from Paul appeared to have erupted behind closed doors.
Jake Paul's leaked messages against Dana White
Paul is currently training for the next phase of his boxing career, in which he will face off against UFC veteran Nate Diaz, who will be making his boxing debut. Despite being on a strict camp in Puerto Rico, Bisping has constantly spoken about the fight, which has no doubt piqued Paul's interest. In a recent interview, Bisping said that Paul recently contacted him violently over Instagram private messaging, mocking him for his professional connection with White.
He told interviewer, "I have been on the receiving end of many an abusive direct message from Jake Paul. Just the other day, out of the blue he says, 'How do Dana [White]'s nuts taste? 'Now you're on your knees gobbling nuts and calling slap fights. You don't have the courage to stand up for fighters.' Blah, blah, blah..." Bisping added, "He came back again talking crap, and I just went, 'Okay Disney Boy.' I'm not lowering myself to argue with him, I just keep calling him Disney Boy."
Jake Paul's feud with Michael Bisping and Dana White
Bisping left the UFC in November 2017 due to his glass eye and has not decided if he will return. In 2022, YouTube sensation Paul made a fight offer to Bisping, promising to defeat him by KO. Despite criticism, Bisping accepted the offer and attempted to find a governing body to sanction the fight. Paul's call-out was mocked by fans and his brother Logan Paul, leading Bisping to remain quiet in public.
Paul opposes Bisping's feud with UFC leader White, who has undoubtedly been a game changer in the world of combat sports. White has built the promotion one of the most recognizable and profitable in sports, but Paul has always opposed his fighters' treatment, including pay and healthcare. The YouTuber has taken a direct stance against White, assaulting him on social media on a regular basis and even dropping a 'diss track' on him. Paul has now formed a fighter's union to assist UFC opponents and has joined rival MMA promotion PFL, where he has promised different fighting conditions.
