LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Paris Jackson, the daughter of Michael Jackson, reportedly wants a restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her since at least December 2019, when she claims he started sending her unwanted messages.
The 25-year-old model-actress claims that a man climbed a fence at her house last week and peered through her windows, as per TMZ.
What's known about the identity of Paris Jackson's stalker?
Paris Jackson asserts that despite not knowing the man personally, he has previously been detained on her property.
During the most recent alleged home invasion on August 23, the unidentified man is said to have entered her backyard before being confronted and running away. Two days later, Paris went to court to start the process of getting a restraining order against the offender.
According to law enforcement officials, a man visited her residence two days after she filed and made his way to her front door while she was out of the house, as reported by Daily Mail.
Paris claims that she has grown anxious about his increasing confidence, as a result of his presence on her property and is afraid to be at home alone.
She wants the alleged stalker to stop communicating with her online and to keep at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her car, and any other location where she is present.
According to Paris' legal paperwork, the man allegedly contacted her on X (formerly Twitter) and described her as his soulmate.
Did anyone trespass on Paris Jackson's property?
According to law enforcement sources, a friend of Paris Jackson, who was staying on the property, became aware of the trespassing incident on August 23 even though the model-actress herself was not there.
The friend went to the backyard to confront the alleged man, who ran and had vanished by the time the police showed up. Nevertheless, according to law enforcement insiders, the police did make a complaint and claimed to want to increase their patrol of the area.
Notably, the incident occurred five years after Paris won a TRO against a separate man she said was stalking her.
When did Paris Jackson's alleged stalker show up?
Paris Jackson stated that in June 2018, as she was working at a recording studio, her alleged stalker showed up. He informed her of frequenting the studio and once staying there for 15 hours, TMZ claimed, citing court records.
The man allegedly retorted, "What the f*** does it look like I'm doing here," when one of Paris' friends asked him what he was doing there, according to the legal documents. "I'm keeping tabs on your b****," added the stalker allegedly.
Before being taken into custody, she said that the man had said, "By midnight it will all be over...the way it ends is with her or with a shotgun."
Who is Paris Jackson's mother?
Michael Jackson had Paris Jackson with his second wife, Debbie Rowe, whom he married in 1996 after divorcing his first wife, Lisa Marie Presley. Rowe and the "King of Pop" first met while she was working as a nurse at the clinic where he was receiving treatment for his severe vitiligo.
The couple first had a son named Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr, who goes by the moniker "Prince," in 1997, followed by Paris in 1998.
In 2002, following his second divorce from Rowe in 2000, the 'Billie Jean' singer welcomed a surrogate child named Prince Michael "Blanket" Jackson II.
Notably, as a part of the divorce, Paris' mother gave full custody rights of her children to Michael but later contested it when he was accused of child abuse.
