HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA: Kyle Richards straightened out about her relationship with Morgan Wade after separation from Mauricio Umansky. “We are very good friends,” the 54-year-old “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills“ star told the shutterbugs on Friday night, July 8, in West Hollywood, California, while she backed out of a parking spot in her black Range Rover.
The 'Halloween' famed actor instantly replied "yes" when she was asked if her relationship with Wade was “just a rumor". The paparazzi continued to follow and press Kyle, who was busy driving, about her similar body inks with the “Wilder Days” singer.
Kyle's witty reply to the paps
“We have matching tattoos, too,” Richards responded according to Page Six, while she pointed to best friend and former “RHOBH” star Teddi Mellencamp, who was in the passenger seat. “[Wade’s] not the only one I have a matching tattoo with,” she said before speeding off. The actress, however, was reluctant to answer about her and Wade’s rumored romance just a few hours before and mumbled to another pap, “I’m not gonna answer that.” She also mentioned at the time that she was "not single."
Kyle and Umansky were separated for 'a while now'
It was earlier reported that Kyle and Umansky decided to part ways after 27 years of marriage. A source told the outlet at the time that the couple had been separated for “a while now.” “They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family,” the insider added. Both of them are reportedly still living under the same roof.
Richards and Umansky, 53, refuted the claims on Tuesday, July 4, that infidelity had played any role in their decision in a joint statement, in which they added that any reports that they are divorcing are “untrue.” “There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately,” the statement read. “While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”
Kyle posted several photos of herself with the 28-year-old “Last Cigarette” singer last year with Umansky being featured nowhere close to her. The Bravolebrity, however, denied rumors of her impending split in April, before actually calling it quits. She told the outlet at the time that people simply thought she got separated because of a photo that surfaced online which showed her leaving the gym without her wedding ring. “A) I haven’t been wearing my big diamond ring, because there’s a lot of crime these days and I’m like, ‘I’m not comfortable,’” the mother of four explained. “And B), I had just come from the gym lifting weights, so I was like, ‘That thing sparked that?’”
She also told that the gossip did not affect her or Umansky. “When this stuff would come up before, I would like, cry and I was devastated,” she said. “But now, I’m more like, ‘OK, I’ve done this before. Let’s do this. Bring it on. Come on. Let’s see what you got for me here.’” “I am in my unbothered era when it comes to that. That is for sure,” she added. The former couple share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
