The reality star is excited to enter her 40s after celebrating her 39th birthday earlier this week on Saturday, July 1. The model said, "I hate being in my 30s," while gushing about one of her cards on her Instagram Stories. "I think it's the worst decade ever."
However, her 30s haven't been all bad. Positive aspects of the decade include the births of her daughters True, 5, and Tatum, who will turn one this month. But the last ten years also saw Khloe complete her highly publicized divorce from Lamar Odom, who almost died from an overdose in a brothel while they were apart. She then went through an up-and-down relationship with Tristan Thompson, who not only fathered her two children but also had a history of being unfaithful to her.

Khloe Kardashian was an enthusiastic 25-year-old in 2009 who got married to Lamar only one month to the day after they first met. She opted for divorce in 2013 at the age of 29 after the couple, who had co-released the perfume Unbreakable Bond, was torn apart by his affairs. When she turned 30 and celebrated a significant birthday with her family on a yacht, her divorce proceedings were still ongoing.
Lamar overdosed in 2015 and was discovered unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel. He later fell into a coma but managed to survive the ordeal despite having many heart attacks, strokes, and kidney failure. Khloe hurried to Lamar's bedside despite the fact that their divorce proceedings were still ongoing at the time. The star also dropped her divorce suit in order to be able to make decisions for him while he was incapacitated. They did ultimately decide to end their relationship soon after Khloe celebrated her 32nd birthday in December 2016.
Khloe's up-and-down relationship with Tristan
Khloe and Tristan had irregular relationships despite the athlete's frequent cheating problems between 2016 and 2021. The rumored affair between Tristan and NYC strip club bartender Lani Blair first surfaced less than 48 hours before True was born, as per Daily Mail. He and Khloe were together at that point, but they parted ways in 2019 after Tristan kissed Jordyn Woods, who was Kylie Jenner's best friend at the time, at a party. Reports of their most recent breakup started to surface in June 2021, as Tristan was disputing a flurry of allegations regarding his loyalty. Then, in late 2021, court records claimed Tristan was expecting a child with Maralee Nichols.
Khloe erupted into a rage in the Season 1 finale of 'The Kardashians', which aired last June, after finding out about Tristan and Maralee's child. Khloe was seen sobbing as she criticized Tristan for "humiliating" her with yet another public issue. "I called him and was just like, what have you got to say? It was more yelling on my end, but him talking, trying to plead his case. There's not much to talk about in my opinion," Khloe said. "It's a joke, it's gross, it's a joke, it's embarrassing, it's disgusting, we're all over it. I'm like, I didn't buy tickets to this f***ing circus but somehow I'm watching all these clowns act out in front of me."
