LONDON, UK: The trouble for Kevin Spacey continues to mount as yet another alleged victim testifies in court regarding sexual harassment. The pre-recorded police interview was played to the jury on Wednesday morning, by the prosecutors. In his interview, he said Spacey arrived at the event in 2005 in the middle of the morning smelling of alcohol and appeared like he hadn’t slept all night. Just when the complainant and Spacey were alone, The ‘American Beauty’ star attacked the victim with aggressive sexual questions, which included ‘Have We fucked,?’ ‘Do you have a big c**k?” and “What’s your c**k like?”
The ‘shocked’ man said in the UK Court, “I was laughing it off but inside I was feeling really uncomfortable.” He also alleged that Spacey then ‘grabbed my genitalia,’ “He grabbed me with such a force it was painful.” The complainant further said that Spacey’s grip was ‘quite strong,’ “It wasn’t in any way romantic or flattering. It wasn’t like a caress, it was like a grab.” The man had to push the actor to get rid of his hold, he then told Spacey, ‘I’m not like that,’ to which Spacey laughed.
'Just feeling shellshocked'
“I remember freezing, pushing his arm away and walking away and just feeling shellshocked and frustrated and kind of horrible that someone would think I’m that seedy and sleazy and dirty,” the alleged victim told.
At present, Spacey is on trial at Southwark Crown Court in London, UK. There the ‘House of Cards’ alum faces 12 counts of sexual assault against four men. On Monday, the court also heard another complainant who alleged that the actor hit him in the crotch with such force he had almost gone off the road while driving, reports Variety.
'A bit creepy'
The victim even compared Spacey with the character he played in the movie, ‘Se7en’ as ‘John Doe,’ “His character in ‘Se7en,’ he’s a bit like that. A bit creepy. Maybe not quite as bad,” the man claimed. Spacey played a murderer inspired by the seven deadly sins in the 1995 crime thriller. The actor is widely known for his performance in ‘House of Cards’ and ‘Americal Beauty,’ and is currently on trial for 12 counts of sexual assault against different men. The incidents are said to have taken place somewhere between 2001 and 2013, however, Spacey denies all the charges, reports MEAWW.
