AUSTIN, TEXAS: 'The Joe Rogan Experience' has carved a distinct niche for itself when it comes to podcasts over the years. With a wide range of guests and varied conversations, Joe Rogan has long been engrossing audiences. Cimate change is a controversial issue on Rogan's show. A rational individual who supports scientific theory, Rogan believes people are to blame for global warming.
However, Rogan seems to have a different opinion about the BirthStrike movement and shared his opinion on Instagram. For the unversed, activist Blythe Pepino came up with the BirthStrike movement. As part of the movement, women choose not to have children until the ongoing climate crisis was solved.
'This will fix everything'
Rogan emphasized on how young people were vulnerable to propaganda while dismissing incidents such as young people destroying priceless artworks. He also questioned. He shared a screenshot of an article from The Guardian with the caption, “This will fix everything.”
'Good please don't reproduce'
Rogan's response to the movement left many users in splits, who took to social media to give their opinion. One user wrote on Instagram, "They need to step up, blow their brains out on the street if they really care. If there's too many people, they should start with themselves. Not taking them till they do." Another user wrote, "Imagine going thru these lengths to make an excuse why you're not getting laid." A third wrote, "Love when stupidity weeds itself out." A fourth wrote, "Good. Please don't reproduce." A fifth user wrote, "Literally no one cares."
