Elvis Presley's stepbrother believes the singer died by suicide over the guilt of having many young lovers. In a new documentary called Elvis’ Women on Prime, David Stanley alleged that Elvis "premeditated taking the medications that killed him," and he "just couldn't go on." Stanley, who was a part of the star's entourage throughout the seventies, was at Graceland on the day of Elvis' death in August 1977. He died from a heart attack due to a drug overdose. The 85-year-old claimed it was down to "love, hurt, pain, exposure — he just couldn’t take it any more" after believing it was down to his fears of reported relationships with young girls that could have been exposed in a book. "His taste for young girls, aged 15 or 16, made me sick," his stepbrother said in the series, adding that it was a "miracle" he wasn't "busted". "He got away with things most people didn’t because of his money, fortune, fame and power, charisma and magnetism. Elvis could talk the socks off you," he continued. She said her mother realised she had a crush on the star and made a pact that if she lost weight, she would be taken to the concert. "I went on the Elvis Love Diet and lost 80lb in a year," she said, which prompted her mother to write to Elvis to explain the effect he had on her. The star allegedly invited them to meet him with his own parents, Gladys and Vernon Presley. Elvis allegedly started nibbling her ear and licking her neck. She claimed: "I told him to stop,’ and he said: ‘Oh Mrs Rowland, what is the matter with your daughter? She is not normal.'" Indy100 reached out to Elvis' estate for comment. Big Brother UK is back on our TV screens after a five-year hiatus (this time rebooted by ITV and hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best), and the series has already been praised for its diversity, as housemate Hallie came out to her fellow contestants as transgender during Monday night’s episode. The 18-year-old youth worker from London was one of 16 housemates to enter the Big Brother house this week, with the line-up also featuring Wolverhampton makeup artist and Muslim Farida, and Coventry DJ and amputee Dylan. More than 2.5 million people tuned in to Sunday night’s launch show, with the series already branded “too woke” by the usual critics - despite past winners including trans woman Nadia Almada and deaf Welshman Sam Evans. Many fans of the show have responded to the negativity by pointing out Big Brother has “always been diverse”. Alongside Farida having a chat with housemates about halal meat, Monday’s episode also saw Hallie tell the group she felt she “wasn’t being 100 per cent authentic in myself” when she entered the house the day before. She said: “So I just thought I would let everyone know, I’m trans, if you didn’t know already. I just thought I’d make that loud and clear. “So yeah, I’m a trans woman, if you didn’t know. Just wanted to bring that up.” Hallie received an outpouring of support from fellow housemates after coming out, with everyone sharing their pronouns as a result. During a discussion with 25-year-old barman Jenkin and 40-year-old NHS manager Kerry, Hallie revealed she would use the £100,000 prize money on a “designer vagina” if she went on to be crowned winner of the reality TV show. “The mind doesn’t match the body – that’s the best way to describe being trans. I have a female mind, but the body just doesn’t match,” she explained. The popular children’s character made an appearance shortly after voting opened during Thursday’s show, which eventually saw fan favourites Belgium and Austria go through to Saturday’s grand final, amongst others. She was also joined by the pop group Scooch, who represented the UK in Finland with “Flying the Flag (For You)” back in 2007. Queer Eye star Tan France and his husband Rob France have welcomed their second baby together via surrogate. The 39-year-old reality TV star confirmed the birth of their son, Isaac, on Instagram. “Welcome baby boy #2, Isaac France, born this past weekend. He completes our little family perfectly,” he captioned the post, which featured the new family of four. The Next in Fashion host also shared his thanks for their surrogate, writing, “And a huge thank you to our incredible warrior of a surrogate, for giving us the greatest gift one could ever give.” In the comments, France’s fellow Queer Eye co-stars rushed to congratulate the couple on their newest addition. While he revealed that the couple already know the sex of their unborn baby, they won’t be sharing it with fans just yet. However, the two have already picked out a name for baby number two. Speaking to People, France also gave insight into the couple’s “wonderful” relationship with their surrogate, whom he praised as an “incredible woman.” “The only thing that’s different is that she’s out of state,” said France, who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. “So we don’t get to see her in real life as much, but we see her on FaceTime or Zoom.
