OAKLAND, NORTH CAROLINA: 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle Evans recently called the cops again after her son Jace went missing for a second time in two weeks.
According to a report by TMZ, the MTV star's manager August Keen reportedly stated that 14-year-old son Jace was last seen leaving Evans's North Carolina home on Monday to roam around their sprawling property.
After several hours had elapsed with no sign of Jace's return, Evans was forced to involve the police. Luckily, Jace was located at a gas station 10 minutes away from his home.
After the news surfaced on TMZ's Instagram, several users expressed concern at the turn of events. One user wrote, "Maybe give him back to your mother who raised him and gave him boundaries."
Another user commented, "He obviously doesn't want to live there. Why take him away from Barbara?"
Emphasizing on Jace's desire to be with his grandmother, one user remarked, "How long until this boy can go back with his grandma? This obviously isn’t working.
Another user stated, "He should’ve never left his grandmother." One user even suggested, "Now that boy ain’t never go missing when he was with Barbara."
Why did Barbara Evans give Jace's custody to 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle Evans?
According to an E! News report, Barbara and Janelle mutually agreed to give Jace's custody to the latter since the mother and daughter wished to build their relationship back.
Janelle further added that her mother thinks that Jace needs to get back to being around his siblings and his mother and father.
She added that her mother thinks it important for Jace to be around a "father figure" who shall teach him "men talk".
