Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah: Relationship timeline
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah had been rumored to be dating since April 2022, and their son was born a year later on June 6, 2023, at Cedar's Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
In September 2022, Alfallah was reported to be serving as the executive producer for the movie 'Billy Knight' which features Pacino in a starring role.
The former couple decided to make their first public appearance after they had a cozy dinner date at L.A.'s Felix Trattoria. Alfallah shared a rare photo with the Oscar-winning actor on her Instagram account.
She wrote in the caption, "My friend Bennett Miller has an exhibition of new prints produced using a DALL•E image generator,” Alfallah wrote at the time, alongside an image of her and Pacino at the gallery. 'Go check it out!'"
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah's child custody arrangements
Alfallah is reportedly open to sharing joint legal custody of their son with 'The Godfather' actor.
In her legal paperwork, Alfallah included a document called the "voluntary declaration of parentage," which both she and Pacino signed just six days after their son was born.
The document, which was signed by a third-party witness, formally recognized Pacino as the child's father. According to legal documents filed by Alfallah, she conceived the child in California.
Additionally, Alfallah is requesting in the court documents that Pacino cover her legal fees and any other costs related to the case. The exact amount for child support wasn't specified in the court filing.
As reported by The Blast, the legal documents in the case state that "the court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party."
It was anticipated that the judge would determine the amount based on Alfallah's requests in future hearings, and there was no indication that Pacino was opposed to any of the requests, as per the outlet's report.
