The US Sun exclusively reported that the 23-year-old was taken into custody in Madisonville, Tennessee, on July 10, following an altercation with his father. According to details from a police report obtained exclusively by The US Sun, the incident occurred at around 9:30 pm CT when an officer responded to a 911 call made by Jacob's father. Based on the report, Jacob's father claimed that his son had threatened him and then proceeded to physically assault him with closed fists, resulting in his glasses being knocked off his face. After the altercation, Jacob fled the scene, escaping to the woods nearby, and was later apprehended by the authorities. Currently, Jacob is being held at the county jail on a $2,000 cash bond, and his court date is scheduled for August.

However, his jail sentence was later suspended, and he is now placed on supervised probation for a period of two years. As part of the plea deal, Drew is prohibited from having any contact with his victim. Monroe County Jail confirmed to The US Sun that Drew was released from custody on June 28, following approval of the presiding judge on the plea agreement.
