NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Celebrity fashion designer Luis De Javier, who is set to open at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), recently took to Instagram to post a jaw-dropping promotional photograph claiming to have been impregnated by Italian-American actress and model, Julia Fox.
In the black and white photo, the London-based designer wore nothing except a pair of high heels, and he captioned the post, "@juliafox got me pregnant - watch out NYC this baby is due next week," cheekily mentioning the show set to run from September 7 to 13.
Luis De Javier's fall-winter collection at NYFW unveiled
Earlier this year in February, Luis De Javier unveiled his fall-winter collection at NYFW during his debut Runway Show. His collection heavily featured latex and rubber with sharp shoulders, trains, and corsetry, along with copiously exaggerated hemlines.
Most of the designs were in the color palette of metallic silver, blood red, deep black, and plum. Moreover, they featured related accessories consisting of spiked masks and fully embellished headwear, which lent a tone of futuristic warriors coupled with signature eyewear.
De Javier, who hails from Spain and recently graduated from the University of Westminster with a BA in Fashion Design, believes in creating designs that fall at the intersection of queerness, clubbing, and fashion, all of which were evident in his fall-winter collection.
Interestingly, Julia Fox was a part of the show along with Lourdes Leon, Asa Akira, Eartheater, and Natassia Dream, according to the JTDapper Fashion Week website.
