LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Joey King is very excited to hear the wedding bells! The actress has been waiting for her special day to marry her 'best friend' and fiance Steven Piet. She shared that “it’s coming up” soon, in her recent interview with PageSix.
‘The Kissing Booth’ star said,’ “I can’t wait to just, like, marry Steven. I just love him so much. He’s the best person I know. He’s my best friend.” King was spotted gushing over her fiance and mentioned some of his qualities, “So that’s that’s the best part to me… the life that I get after the wedding.”
When did Joey King and Steven Piet get engaged?
Piet, 30, proposed to King, 24, during a desert getaway in February 2022. He went down on one knee and offered a massive diamond ring, estimated to be priced around $ 150,000. The 24-year-old star added, “Not just the wedding. I get to be married after the wedding to someone that is the coolest and greatest and most gentle and wonderful person I know.”

Where did Joey King celebrate her bachelorette party?
The actress’ sisters Hunter and Kelli, planned the bachelorette party and the whole bunch went to Napa Valley, California.
“Everything was planned to the minute. Like, there was no shortage of activities. [We] drank all the wine,” King said while sharing it was one of her ‘big dreams’ to be in Napa.
“Getting so many people that are so important to me, to be able to have a special weekend like that, it’s so rare…. just soaking it all in and really appreciating being around all my faves was so great," she added.
Apart from that, King was also featured in Taylor Swift’s music video ‘I Can See You,’ and she also joined the squad in Kansas City during the singer's Eras Tour concert.
It was so amazing … like, actually breathtaking. The way to describe it is – it was like getting in an ice bath,” King said.
“When I walked on stage, my breath caught the energy of like 70,000 plus people, like putting all this amazing energy towards you. It was unbelievable. Such a niche experience to have.”
The actress also talked about her co-star Lautner, “Taylor Lautner is such a badass with his, like, martial arts stuff.So getting to watch him get to do that stuff on set was was so great.”
