BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate recently took to Twitter to publicly challenge Instagram and Mark Zuckerberg, prodding them to reinstate his presence on the platform. Both Tristan and his brother Andrew Tate have been banned from several social media platforms, including Instagram, due to their controversial statements, which often include misogynistic notions.
Despite the setback, Tristan has managed to amass a significant following on Twitter, where he regularly engages with his fans by sharing his views. Tristan and Andrew are currently under house arrest in Romania due to serious charges of rape, human trafficking, and organized crime.
'It would show ba**s'
Tristan took to Twitter on June 21 to voice his opinions regarding Instagram's recent performance. He even went as far as to suggest a potential in-person meeting with Facebook's owner Mark Zuckerberg, stating that he believed it would be a wise decision for Instagram to bring him back on the platform. According to Tristan, he primarily used the platform to share content featuring cars and suits, which he believed did not violate any rules. He also emphasized that he should be considered innocent until proven guilty.
Moreover, Tristan expressed his willingness to have a direct conversation with Zuckerberg, believing that such an action would demonstrate courage and how their fans respected them. His tweet read, "I feel the smart move for @instagram to save their platform would be to bring me back. I posted cars and suits… violated no rules… and am innocent until proven guilty apparently? Happy to sit down and talk to Zuck face to face. It would show ba**s, people respect ba**s."
'You and your brother should create Tategram'
After Tristan shared his views on Instagram, several followers stepped forward to express their support. One user wrote, "Still don’t understand how they banned you for violating ZERO rules. You and your brother should create Tategram 😎," suggesting the brothers create their own social media platform to beat Instagram. Another wrote, "It would be too much for him to take the L. Massive egos stand in place," hinting that Zuckerberg might not enjoy a face-to-face conversation with Tristan. "Sadly Tristan, Zuck doesn’t have ba**s 😥," wrote one, pointing out that Facebook's owner seldom engages in such confrontations.
