LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the world of football, Lionel Messi’s transfer from Paris Saint-Germain FC to Inter Miami CF has been the biggest news of late. As Messi puts on his new jersey, ‘The View’ co-host Ana Navarro can’t hold her excitement. It looks like Navarro has taken a moment from Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump, to focus her energy on Messi’s move to Miami instead.
In addition to making his move to the football club, Inter Miami CF, Messi has also moved to Miami city as well. If there’s one fan who is truly thrilled about this on all social media platforms, it is Navarro. In fact, Navarro has also listed tips for the beloved footballer to make his transition to Miami smoother.
Ana Navarro welcomes Messi to Miami
Navarro has listed some brilliant yet hilarious tips for Messi as he settles into his new city and football club. Shockingly enough, Navarro hasn’t spoken about the political climate in Florida state and focussed more on the actual climate, Navarro posted a picture of Messi in his new jersey with the caption, “Congratulations, @intermiamicf on this new chapter. Thank you, @davidbeckham for your perseverance and commitment to our community. ¡Bienvenido a Miami, @leomessi! I hope you like it here. Pro Tips:
▪️Avoid driving on Brickell Ave. in torrential downpours.
▪️Never show-up to a party on time. Punctuality is not our thing.
▪️Don’t pet the iguanas 🦎.
▪️Don’t ever say anything good or take pictures with anyone last name, Castro, Maduro or Ortega. Those three have caused us a lot of pain, here.
▪️Do try the chicharrones from Palácio de los Jugos and Cuban sandwiches at @enriquetas_sandwich_shop.
▪️Do wear white and chancletas all year. We don’t care.
▪️Buy a boat.
▪️Eat lots of stone crabs. The season is from October to May.🦀
▪️Don’t worry if you have an accent -we all do, or if your English is not very good-looking. Ours isn’t either.
▪️You might want to try @instacart.”
‘Lionel Messi had us at hello'
As Navarro has her fan-girl moment on Instagram, welcoming Messi, this isn’t the first time she has posted about him. Only a few days ago, Messi was spotted at a grocery store in Miami and Navarro posted a picture of him with a heartwarming caption, “#LionelMessi had us at “hello.” 1st thing he did when he got to Miami, was go to the supermarket in his chanclas to buy his own groceries. At my house -and many other households here- when we run out of cereal, the husband declares it a national emergency & prays to be rescued.” As Navarro welcomes Messi, the real win will be if she manages to get him on ‘The View’ as a guest!
