LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sofia Vergara is not letting her divorce from Joe Manganiello ruin her mood.
The Colombian and American actress, who celebrated her 51st birthday in July, said that she has been enjoying her life in 2023 despite the challenges and changes she faced.

“It’s been an interesting year for me,” the 'Modern Family' star told Entertainment Tonight.
She continued, “A lot of changes, a lot of good and craziness and bad things happen and good things happen. You know, what makes life so entertaining and interesting.”
Vergara, who tied the knot with the 'Magic Mike XXL' actor in 2016, said that she “can’t complain."
She, however, added that she’s “had a great, great time” this year so far – even though she filed for divorce from Manganiello in July.

Vergara said, “There’s always time for more good stuff coming,” she said optimistically.
But when she was asked what she’s most excited about next, the four-time Emmy nominee joked, “I mean, my 50s!”
While Vergara is enjoying her single life, Manganiello, 46, started seeing 33-year-old actress Caitlin O’Connor just two months after the pair parted ways.

The former couple announced in a statement that, “we have made the difficult decision to divorce...as two people that love and care for one another very much."
Sources told Page Six that they had been drifting apart for some time and decided to take a break to think about their future.
The reason for their divorce was cited as “irreconcilable differences” by Manganiello in his legal documents, the publication mentioned.
Reportedly there were different stories about what led to their breakup.
Some sources said that Manganiello wanted to start a family and others said that Vergara felt trapped by him.
Vergara already has a son, Manolo, 31, from her previous marriage to Joe Gonzalez.
The source told the publication that "They have been spending time apart and focusing on themselves, their careers, and their loved ones."
The source further shared with the publication, "Sofia has been giving her all to her new beauty brand, toty, and is very involved and excited about it."
"She hosted an event to celebrate the launch towards the end of June at her home in Los Angeles, and Joe was not there. She did still have a framed photo of the two of them kissing set up in a room in her home," the source added.
