CLEVELAND, OHIO: Olajide Olatunji, better known online as KSI, and Jake Paul aren't exactly smitten with one another. Their hatred for one another is so intense that "The Problem Child" forbade the use of PRIME products during his latest boxing match against Nate Diaz.
Logan Paul, Jake Paul’s elder brother, and KSI are co-owners of the sports beverage business PRIME. Unsurprisingly, 'The Problem Child' refused to allow his brother into the ring with PRIME goods at his most recent boxing match.
KSI criticized Jake Paul
In a recent media feature on Jake Paul's YouTube channel, KSI criticized Jake Paul for his "insecure" actions.
“The fact that DAZN didn't even allow Logan Paul to enter the area with a PRIME bottle or his PRIME chain or anything PRIME... outrageous. Just again, super weird behavior. Why does he [Jake Paul] care soo much? He is so triggered by me. You are insecure about PRIME, and you're insecure about the PRIME card being promoted on your event because you want it to be all about you, you, you,” KSI stated.
Both social media stars have seen some success since entering the sport of boxing. Paul presently has a pro record of 7-1, whereas KSI has a combined professional and exhibition record of 5-0 (1 no-contest).
A boxing bout between the two is reportedly planned for December 2023, per a Topology report.
‘That’s f**king ridiculous bro’
Since Jake's most recent battle with Nate Diaz, Logan Paul has openly criticized his brother for preventing him from promoting PRIME. Following his disclosure of the occurrence on the most recent episode of the 'Impaulsive' podcast, which extensively discussed this disagreement, the fight between the brothers has gained attention in the community.
The most recent podcast episode from the Paul brothers featured a discussion of each of their own weekend victories. Logan said Jake's group had instructed him not to mention PRIME during the Paul vs Diaz bout.
Logan revealed what transpired in the JP vs Nate Diaz fight after the brothers had already begun the show by talking about their most recent victory.
“They said I would get kicked out if I bought a Prime bottle. That’s f**king ridiculous bro,” Logan said. “Do you think I would ever ban you from promoting any of your s**t at any of my events?” Logan said.
