TOKYO, JAPAN: Ever since Kim Kardashian set foot in Tokyo, fans have started speculating about the reason for the eldest Kardashian sister's visit to the city. The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star recently traveled to Japan's capital with her son Saint, 7. While the visit could have been thought of just as a mere vacation, it has been laced with rumors because her ex-husband and the father of her four children, Kanye West, has been holidaying in the same city with his new wife, Bianca Censori.
The trio staying in the same city concurrently caused many to wonder what might be cooking, with some of the fans even pointing toward the 'American Horror Story' star’s purported intention of "spying" on Kanye. Kardashian even posted a picture of the ceiling of a hotel, which many fans claim is the same place where Kanye, who now goes by the name Ye has been staying since quite a few weeks.

After the SKIMS founder went to the Japanese capital with her son Saint, speculations were rife about whether Kardashian intended to spy on Kanye and his new wife, Bianca. Dating coach Kate Mansfield critically analyzed the rumors and opined that there might be two reasons behind her visit. Mansfield said, "It looks like Kim is either keen to build a relationship with Kanye's new wife Bianca, or she is moving in on them to spy and get a sense of how the couple are together," according to Mirror. She, however, conceded, saying, "It's hard to know which it is," before continuing, "But I think that we can safely say that the muta choice of holiday destination is unlikely to be a coincidence!" The claim, nonetheless, remains unsubstantiated.
After they split in 2022 and the finalization of the divorce in November 2022, the former couple has often had a few public disputes. The dating coach added, "I think given the previous levels of conflict between them, it is unlikely that Kim and Kanye are suddenly healed from the toxic rifts of the past and ready to become besties." Mansfield expressed, "It is important though for separated and divorced parents to be able to behave in a respectful and civilised way. Our children tend to do what we do, not what we say and so family and parental relationship modelling is a very powerful example that we all should take much more notice of, " keeping in mind that the former couple's children were quite young when they decided to part ways.

As soon as Kardashian was spotted in Tokyo, fans started to speculate about her reason for being in the city, especially in a thread of the r/KUWTKsnark subreddit. One wrote, "I think she wants people to think he wants her back. And she wants him to be jealous. But no one is buying it. This reeks of desperation and pathetic. She’s trying to make something that isn’t there." While another quipped, "She is trolling for attention. Click bait. The snark is keeping them being talked about. All the "nice" comments she gets at this point, are paid promotional material. The snark is the only relevancy left for her.." "She just hates it when he’s paying her no mind. She can’t stand it. And since no other man is giving her the attention he gave her well….," expressed a Reddit user.
Someone else hypothesized, "She literally flew across the world to escape the Tom Brady-Irina embarrassment. Girly is getting desperate." "This is how the rich coparent," remarked one gravely, while another chimed in saying, "They are coparents. It would be completely understandable if she decided to not let her children go visit their father alone in a different country, especially considering her robbery and PTSD from it." In another Reddit thread, some of the netizens hypothesized that Kardashian went to Japan to meet Bianca, or maybe 'The Kardashians' star is planning to collaborate with her ex-husband on his new album. However, there were plenty of those who supported Kardashian's action by saying that the children probably wanted to meet their father. One fan said, "She might meet Bianca. 🤷♂️."
