LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Steve Harvey and Marjorie have been married for 16 years, but they recently faced rumours that Marjorie cheated on the game show host with their bodyguard and personal chef William Freeman aka Big Boom.
The couple denied the allegations and said they were fine. Marjorie, 58, took to Instagram on Sunday evening to address the rumours.

Marjorie shared a screenshot of a website called ‘How to handle being lied about’ which featured a Bible quote about not retaliating against insults and trusting God, Daily Mail also reported.
She wrote in the caption that she and Steve, 66, usually ignore the "foolishness and lies" that are spread about them, but she felt a "responsibility" to use her platform to help others who may not know how to cope with such situations.
She said, "My husband and I don’t usually stop to address all the foolishness and lies that have been spread about us.
However, to whom much is given, much is required. "I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility to those that may not be as strong as we are.
"Read and share this with your love ones that may not know how to properly cope. God bless all of you."
How did Steve Harvey react to wife cheating rumours?
Earlier that day, Steve also spoke out about the rumours at Invest Fest 2023 in Atlanta.
He told the crowd, "Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine. Marjorie’s fine. I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do ‘cause we're fine."
He added, "Lord have mercy. Man. I ain’t got no time for rumours and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining."
How did Steve Harvey's wife Marjorie's cheating rumours spread?
The rumours that Marjorie had an affair with Steve’s security and chef reportedly started on Twitter last week, but the source of them is unclear.
The pair first met in 1987 at 'The Comedy Zone'. Faltered by her beauty Steve, "The first thing I said to Majorie was, ‘Excuse me, I don’t know who you are, but I’m going to marry you one day,’" Steve shared the story with audiences live on 'The Family Feud'.
However, the initial romance fizzled and after a year and a half, they went their separate ways.
They reconnected in 2005 and fell in love, and two years later, they became husband and wife.
Who convinced Steve Harvey to get back with Marjorie?
According to the comedian, it was his bodyguard that convinced him to get back in contact with Marjorie.
He told People that his bodyguard said, "Look, the only time I’ve ever seen you happy was when you were with that woman Marjorie.
"Now, before you go and do something stupid and marry another woman, I’m calling her."
He said that being with Marjorie was like being reborn. He admitted that he messed up many times in his life, but she made all the difference.
He said, "When you’re happy at home, you can make a lot of things happen."

Steve Harvey is a father to seven children: Brandi, Karli, Broderick, Wynton, Morgan, Jason and Lori. With Marcia Harvey, his first wife Steve welcomed twins Brandi and Karli in 1982. They divorced in 1994.
The couple also had a son Broderick Harvey Jr. He welcomed another son Wynton in 1997 with his second wife Mary Shackelford. The couple were married from 1996 to 2005.
