Bella Hadid fans support model after she reveals 'invisible suffering' with chronic disease
Bella Hadid has candidly opened up about her battle with Lyme disease in an honest health update with her Instagram followers. On Sunday (6 August), the 26-year-old model shared a series of personal photos while speaking about her "almost 15 years of invisible suffering". The photos show doctor reports and Hadid during treatments including drips. She thanked her mother Yolanda Hadid for always being by her side, before launching into a lengthy caption detailing her experience. "Living in this state, worsening with time and work while trying to make myself, my family and the people who support me, proud, had taken a toll on me in ways I can’t really explain," Hadid wrote. "To be that sad and sick with the most blessings/privilege/opportunity/love around me was quite possibly the most confusing thing ever. one thing I want to express to you all is that 1: I am okay and you do not have to worry, and 2:I wouldn’t change anything for the world." She signed off: "I’ll be back when I’m ready / I miss you all so much /I love you all so much." It didn't take long for followers to flood the post with well wishes, including her sister Gigi Hadid who wrote: "I love u I am so proud and happy 4 u !" 1989 (Taylor's Version): Live listen through
1989 (Taylor's Version): Live listen through
Taylor Swift has released her long-awaited re-recording of her 2014 hit album '1989.' The new release is Swift's fourth re-recorded album, following on from 'Fearless (Taylor's Version),' 'Red (Taylor's Version), and 'Speak Now (Taylor's Version). Swift's purpose in re-recording her back catalogue is so that she can own the copyright to all of the new recordings. This '1989' era marked a swift shift in music genre from country to pop for the singer, a risk that ultimately paid off as '1989' propelled Swift further into mainstream stardom and won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2015. From the feel-good 'Shake It Off' to the anthemic tracks of 'Blank Space,' 'Out of the Woods' and 'Style' to the heartful and cathartic notes of 'This Love' and 'Clean,' Swift explores every avenue of pop. A journey that continues with the five 'From the Vault' tracks with 'Slut!', 'Say Don't Go,' 'Now That We Don't Talk,' 'Suburban Legends,' and 'Is It Over Now?' Now, indy100 is here to listen to '1989 (Taylor's Version) along with you, with commentary on every song as well as fun facts about the album. Welcome to New York October 27, 14:12 Taylor Swift performs at New Year's Eve 2015 at Times Square on December 31, 2014 in New York City. The opening track 'Welcome To New York' gave listeners a glimpse into Swift’s new pop sound with the electronic pop synths kicking things off. Not only does it reflect a change in music genre but also Swift’s literal move from Nashville to New York almost a decade ago as she shared how she fell in love with the city. "I approached moving there with such wide-eyed optimism and sort of saw it [New York] as a place of endless potential and possibilities,” Swift told Good Morning America about the song at the time. “You can kind of hear that reflected in this music and this first song especially." While the lyrics “And you can want who you want/ Boys and boys and girls and girls,” have been interpreted as Swift supporting the LGBT+ community, before she was vocal about her political views. The re-recorded version stays true to the original track with little tweaks to the production as Swift sings with a mature voice.

Why is Cilla Black trending? Late star's funniest moments are going viral
Anyone who has been on Twitter/X this week will perhaps have noticed that Cilla Black has been trending on the platform as people remember her funniest moments. The late singer and TV presenter entertained audiences with a career spanning over five decades, with sixties hits such as "Anyone Who Had a Heart" and "You're My World" before hosting her own BBC variety show, Cilla from 1968 to 1976. She continued to be a permanent fixture on our screens as the host of Blind Date (1985-2003) Surprise Surprise (1984-2001), and The Moment of Truth (1998-2001) The year 2013 marked a significant milestone for Cilla, having worked 50 years in the entertainment industry. In 2015, she passed away aged 72 following a fall and suffering from a stroke at her holiday villa in Spain. Tributes poured in for the Liverpudlian and at her funeral including from fellow singer-turned-TV presenter and close friend Paul O’Grady (who later passed away earlier this year). "If I had to sum Cilla up in one word it would be ‘laughter’. Because that’s all we did. We got up to a lot of trouble but we laughed while we were doing it," he said. We're all a bit clueless as to how this trend began but nevertheless, the memories have been entertaining to read and watch - here are some of Cilla's best and funniest moments: When she quit Blind Date - while live on air Her favourite snack was an Oxo cube rubbed into an orange "All Night Long" (Cilla's Version) Performing 'Eye of the Tiger' down at a local leisure centre She called out an uncover journalist on Blind Date Her rendition of You're So Vain Cilla Black played the grandmother of Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts in a sketch How to join the indy100's free WhatsApp channel Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Have your say in our news democracy.
