NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The rumors of Taylor Swift and NFL tight end Travis Kelce were fueled even further when Swift was seen in Kelce’s family suite at Sunday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears, as reported by CNN.
While fans of Kelce and Swift wait for the rumors to be confirmed, the host of ‘Tomi Lahren is Fearless’ and Fox News anchor Tomi Lahren took a dig at Swift, following Kelce’s recent involvement with Pfizer’s latest Covid advertisement.
Tomi Lahren shares Travis Kelce’s Pfizer ad
On X, formerly known as Twitter, Fox News anchor Tomi Lahren retweeted Outkick, an American right-wing and conservative sports news website, that shared NFL tight end Travis Kelce’s latest collaboration.
Outkick wrote, “Travis Kelce has sold out to Pfizer — he turned off the comments for this advertisement ⬇️”
Lahren, however, focused on Kelce’s recent dating rumors with popstar Taylor Swift, “Is this what happens when you date Taylor Swift?”
According to OutKick, “Travis Kelce has officially sold out to Big Pharma — recording an ad for Pfizer that encourages Americans to get their COVID booster and their flu shot at the same time.”
They also added, “The eight-time Pro Bowler posted the video on his Instagram account and promptly turned off the comments. Because he knows exactly what people are going to say about it.”
Internet calls Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce 'sellouts'
After Tomi Lahren’s tweet about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, the internet agreed with the Fox News anchor and expressed their disappointment about the same. Several also agreed that they had the same thought as Lahren after seeing the Pfizer ad.
One user wrote, “Hahahaha damn! I thought the same lol!” Another said, “I was just making that joke to my husband 1000 %. Weak.”
Some have joked about Swift eventually writing a “break-up song” about Kelce as one said, “Wonder how long before she writes the breakup song about him?” and another user on X wrote, “Looking forward to Tay Tay's next break up song.”
In response to Lahren’s comment, Swift, and Kelce have been called “sellouts,” as one person wrote, “I'm surprised his friend Taylor Swift (another sellout) is not in this commercial with him.” A sixth person simply tweeted, “Can swift just go away.”
