CLEVELAND, OHIO: Erling Haaland, a star for Manchester City, explained why he tapes his mouth while sleeping on a recent episode of Logan Paul's 'IMPAULSIVE' podcast.
Since moving to Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund last summer on a five-year contract for €60 million, Haaland has ignited the Premier League. The 23-year-old helped the Cityzens win the treble last season with 52 goals and nine assists in 53 games in all competitions.
Erling Haaland’s weird sleeping habit
Erling Haaland recently discussed his demanding daily midnight routine with online celebrities KSI and Logan Paul.
He emphasized the need to get enough sleep and went into detail about how he tapes his mouth and puts on blue light-blocking glasses three hours before bed, according to Mid Day.
“I think sleep is the most important thing in the world. To sleep good, simple kind of things like blue-blocking glasses, shutting out all the signals in the bedroom, I think is really important,” Haaland said.
He added, “You should try and tape your mouth. I sleep with it. Doing a lot of things is not good, but doing small things every single day for a longer period really pays off.”
Erling Haaland has adhered to this procedure to optimize breathing via his nostrils, even though many people wouldn't understand the benefit of taping one's lips shut before bed.
What is Erling Haaland’s diet?
The 23-year-old said that he consumes cow heart and liver in addition to milk, kale, and spinach drink. He stated in his documentary 'Haaland: The Big Decision', “You (other people) don't eat this, but I am concerned with taking care of my body. I think eating quality food that is as local as possible is the most important.”
The performance Erling Haaland displayed last season has carried over into this one. In six games across all competitions, he has already tallied six goals and one assist.
Moreover, Haaland is also one of the most recent additions to Logan Paul’s PRIME team.
