WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO: In her latest Instagram Q&A, Paige Spiranac offered her thoughts on several topics that piqued the interest of her fans. She opened up about her experiences with being ticklish, the brutal pace of play at the highly coveted Augusta National, being recognized in public, and the ever-growing issue of Internet trolls. During the well-received Q&A, Paige Spiranac also shared with her followers that she had the pleasure of mingling with Rick Shiels, one of golf's biggest YouTube sensations, at her Augusta party. She gushed about her experience, commenting that Shiels was a sweet person who was very authentic and true to his online persona and she wanted to collab.
Spiranac also provided insight into her diet and revealed where exactly she would draw the line when it comes to making money off her looks. Also, Spiranac suggested that other social media influencers try to be more creative instead of copying her.
'He's just a very, very sweet person'
Spiranac, who has been taking the golf world by storm with her impressive skills and stunning looks, has hinted at an exciting collaboration with Shiels, the biggest YouTube star in the game. When asked "What Rick Shiels is about in real life?” the golf sensation shared her views saying, "Rick's really nice. I haven't spent a lot of time with him in person. He actually came out to my party in Augusta which was cool that he decided to come.”
Spiranac recently threw a lavish party at Augusta, the iconic golf course that hosts the Masters, and revealed that Shiels was one of the special guests at the bash. Despite not having spent much time with him in person before, the social media sensation gushed about Shiel's genuine niceness and authenticity, praising him for being true to himself even online.
As Spiranac expressed her eagerness to team up with Shiels for a collaborative project in the near future, she also acknowledged a tendency to sometimes exaggerate or be over-the-top, which is not something she sees in Shiels. With her charm and talent, and Rick's expertise and popularity, the two could make a dynamic duo that golf fans everywhere would love to see in action.
"He brought some friends, he's so sweet and just like himself online. I think a lot of people tend to like to play it up [their persona] or are a very outrageous version of themselves which I think sometimes I can be. But he's just a very, very sweet person and I would love to collaborate with him in the future. We always talk about it but we haven't done it yet so Rick let's do it," Spiranac gushed.
So, will Rick accept Paige's invitation and make their collaboration dreams a reality? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: if they do team up, it's going to be epic!
'So what about the copycats, Paige?'
Spiranac also expressed her thoughts on 'copycats'. "They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery so I am proud to be an inspiration for all of these women. They've seen me be successful and they know if they copy exactly what I'm doing or follow in my footsteps and the exact path that I have created and built for myself that they will also be successful," she said.
"That's pretty cool and shows how powerful my brand has been that if they do copy everything they will also be successful. I will say though that I do value creativity and I wish that it wasn't copied exactly, the exact outfit to how I do my hair, the captions, and how it's shot," she said. "It would be nice if there was a little bit of a difference and I think it would actually be beneficial for them to be different and not have it be exactly, exactly the same."
