LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ana Navarro is spending her time off ‘The View’ on a vacation with her husband Al Cardenas. The couple is having a great time in Turkey. Navarro recently shared several moments of her trip with her fans on Instagram.
As Navarro checked off things from her bucket list, she took a dive into the clear ocean with Cardenas, wearing a red bathing suit. Navarro was all smiles as she took a swim and expressed gratitude for the lovely summer vacation.
However, Navarro’s Instagram quickly turned sour after someone body-shamed ‘The View’ host on her post, in which she wore the bathing suit. Navarro, who is body-shamed often, decided to clap back with a message on body positivity.
Ana Navarro responds to hate comment
Navarro posted a series of pictures and videos of herself and her husband swimming in Turkey as she wrote, “Just checked another one off the bucket-list. Thank you to the Captain & staff of #BodrumQueenGullet from @bodrumtour_yachting. People, I just swam in the ocean off the coast of #Turkey. I’m feeling blessed & so happy!!!”
Under the post, one person commented, “Please never wear a bathing suit again.”
Navarro was the first to respond to the troll as she wrote back, “I will wear a bathing suit when I want, where I want. You choose to follow me. Don’t. I am very comfortable in my skin. I’m healthy, happy, and loved. And you ain’t going to steal my joy. Besides – my brain and very imperfect body have gotten me to the #1 daytime talk show in America and on an 80 ft sailboat on the Aegen Sea. What has your body done for you, buddy?”
‘The View’ host Ana Navarro responds to more comments
By the looks of it, Navarro was on a spree when it came to responding to comments. One of her fans commented under the same post, “Ana, you have the life of Riley!... I admire your journalism but you seem to vacation alot. Enjoy.”
To that comment, Navarro responded, “Well, I have to make up for the 4 years of Trump stress and two years of Covid lock-down. Life’s short. Travel and experience as much as you can.”
