NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Robin Roberts recently broke into an impromptu karaoke session while driving from her home in Connecticut to New York City.
The 62-year-old TV personality seemed to have been enjoying her weekend with partner Amber Laign at her Connecticut residence but decided to return to NYC to resume her duties behind the ‘GMA’ desk.
The anchor's ride back to NYC was nothing short of fun. The radio played the Bee Gees' song ‘Night on Broadway’ and Roberts couldn’t help but put forth her best singing performance as her partner Amber Laign recorded this hilarious moment.
In the brief clip, Roberts can be seen donning various expressions, trying to hit the right note, all while playing with her hat and at times, looking at the camera.
As she posted the clip on her Instagram, fans commented that the “party vibes” for the wedding were on, while some complimented Roberts for her singing skills.

Intending to spread a ray of happiness once again, Roberts shared a clip of her singing along to the Bee Gees song ‘Night on Broadway’ as she drove back to NYC after a relaxing weekend with partner Amber Laign.
In the clip, Robin appeared to have completely committed herself to singing the song, taking the right pauses, hitting all the right notes, raising her voice, and bringing it down, all as per the demands of the song.
While she sang, her partner recorded her and could be heard giggling in the background.
Roberts later posted this on-the-go car karaoke session on her Instagram and captioned it, “Sunday drive from our home in CT back to NYC. Love the sound of Sweet Amber’s giggles! She calls this the #SundayTilt.”
She further added, “Btw appropriate my hat says “Don’t Panic, Organic!” We hope you had a fabu weekend too.”
