LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cardi B never imagined that she would end up marrying Offset when they first came across each other.
In an interview, the 30-year-old rapper, while promoting her new single 'Bongos' with Megan Thee Stallion at SiriusXM’s 'The Morning Mash Up,' said she "never would've thought that" she'd marry a member of Migos after hearing their song 'Versace.'
According to People, the Grammy winner then explained how the pair is "very different".
"Yin and yang for real," she said of her and Offset's relationship. "But one thing that we like both love, we both love family. That's one thing and we both love what we do, like we both, we are each other's support system. I know that he backs me up a hundred percent and I back him up a hundred percent. I don't care," she continued.
Cardi B says there is a 'fire' between her and Offset
The 'Up' rapper told host Nicole Gordon, "Like, we do be needing that fire. I mean, we're two different people, like we're very, very like different from each other, but I think that's what make us, work."
The power couple is now embracing parenthood as they are parents to daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, five, and son Wave Set Cephus, one.
