LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Our Magnolias are back with their little obsession with margaritas for the third season of 'Sweet Magnolias'. The peaceful town of Serenity will as usual be very happening and full of family drama as we see romantic relationships develop more in a new season.
The series is based on the book series of the same name written by Sherryl Woods, who is writing for the series with showrunner Sheryl J Anderson. The plot of this season will be quite exciting as no one really knows if what happened in the books will be making a comeback after the major diversion seen in Season 2. Now, let's meet the cast of the third season of 'Sweet Magnolias'.
Joanna Garcia Swisher as Maddie Townsend
The main character, Maddie, will be back, once again played by Joanna García Swisher. She will tackle her past, present and future next to her two best friends.
Heather Headley as Helen Decatur

The trusty lawyer and the problem solver of the town of Serenity, Heather Headley will be back as Helen Decatur. This season, she might give us the proper Magnolias wedding that we have all been waiting for.

Brooke Elliott as Dana Sue Sullivan
The strict but loving Dana Sue Sullivan will be played by Brooke Elliott. The character will go through some major emotional turmoil related to her past lover and will have a lot of drama.
Ella Grace Helton as Katie Townsend
A major recast this season is of Maddie's adorable daughter Katie who will now be played by Ella Grace Helton instead of Bianca Berry Tarantino. She is known for her role in the ABC show 'United We Fall'.
