LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Good Morning America’ weekend anchor Gio Benitez has a special someone in his life who has stood the test of time and has been with him for seven years. The ‘GMA’ host is currently married to Tommy Didario, an entertainment and lifestyle reporter and podcaster who covers everything from pop culture to celebrity lifestyles.
Tommy and Gio got married back in 2016 in an intimate ceremony officiated by DiDario’s sister. As per the New York Times, Benitez and DiDario first met in 2015 via Instagram where the initial conversations led to a whirlwind romance, leading the duo to decide that they wish to spend their life together. DiDario had earlier expressed that both their families were on board with their decision to marry and had supported him throughout their relationship.
