LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper Big Sean's longtime partner Jhene Aiko has requested a temporary restraining order against Ian Craig Lees, whom they claim trespassed on their Pacific Palisades property.
The 35-year-old singer "fears for her life," according to court records obtained by TMZ, following repeated purported attempts by Lees, 29, to get in touch with her.
She also asked that the temporary restraining order [TRO] be extended to her partner Big Sean, their nine-month-old son Noah Hasani, and her 14-year-old daughter Namiko Love, whom she shares with R&B musician O'Ryan.
Ian Craig Lees snuck onto Jhene Aiko's Pacific Palisades property
Ian Craig Lees is the obsessed fan who has allegedly been stalking Jhene Aiko. His Facebook profile indicates that he resides in Los Angeles, California but hails from Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
Aiko alleged that Lees had snuck onto her Pacific Palisades property and seemed persistent in his efforts to get in touch with her, per court documents.
Aiko's worries for her safety intensified as Lees showed up at concerts, events, and even their home; eventually, this prompted her to file a lawsuit.
The mother of two said that Lees not only attended her performances and events but even "got into a physical altercation with the residential security in her neighborhood."
However, a judge turned down Aiko's plea for a temporary restraining order, which would have mandated that Lees remain at least 100 yards away from her and her family.
A judge has scheduled a court proceeding for September 14.
