DENVER, COLORADO: Audrey Kriss has been married to 'Sister Wives' star Leon Brown since October 29, 2022, but the couple managed to keep it under wraps.
Audrey Kriss is a transgender person who has been out and proud since December 4, 2021, when they took to Instagram to announce this, along with a heartwarming message.
Audrey Kriss posted a picture on Instagram with the caption, "Swipe for a little life update." The second picture in the post was a statement that said, “I just wanted to let you know that I am transgender, and my pronouns are they/them. I’m still going by Audrey.”
Audrey added, “I don’t want to hide myself from the world anymore. I am so incredibly excited! I am also scared. I am scared of the hate I’ll receive, the things people I care about will say about me, and violence. As a white, masculine-presenting person comes a lot of privilege, and I am still scared.”
Meri Brown has always been a supportive mother, but her admiration shone even brighter when Leon Brown came out as transgender.
Taking to social media, Meri expressed immense pride and support for Leon, showcasing her unwavering love as a mother. This heartwarming gesture was well-received, with fans applauding Meri’s understanding and acceptance.
As per reports from The Sun, Kody Brown's daughter Gwendlyn had revealed that Leon is "separating" themselves from their famous family. Gwendlyn claimed Leon distanced themselves to find a "safer community."
The 21-year-old said, “With Leon being transgender and queer in general and being in a family that predominantly practices a Mormon Fundamentalist faith, Mormonism hasn’t traditionally been kind to queer people. Especially with a family that’s quite a bit conservative and partially against transsexuality in general."
However Meri and Kody Brown were both, not present for the wedding of their only biological child Leon Brown together, as per reports from The Sun.
