ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Kenya Moore from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' has recently made strong statements regarding her estranged husband, Marc Daly, calling him an absentee father. Moore asserted that Daly has only seen their 4-year-old daughter, Brooklyn Daly on two occasions over the span of two years.
The issue arose when Daly accused Moore of violating a court order that required her to inform him whenever Brooklyn would appear on camera for the hit Bravo series or any other ventures. In response, Moore fired back, accusing Daly of not spending enough time with their child and expressing concern about his inconsistent communication.
Where is Marc Daly now?
While Moore remains in Atlanta, Daly has relocated to New York City, where he is fully engaged in his role as a restaurateur, overseeing operations at his new fusion restaurant called 'SoCo'. Furthermore, the court documents quoted Moore's legal response, where she stated, "Mother and Father had an established scheduled time daily to call the child. In an attempt to create issues, Father began to erratically change the times that he wanted to call on a whim. He did this for the purpose of attempting to create an issue."
Moore, who married the restaurant owner in 2017 before they split in 2019, implored Daly to be consistent with his calls, but he allegedly refused to do so, leading to uncertainty and disruption in their daughter's life. She claimed that Daly had seen their daughter only twice in two years, with the Moore taking the initiative to facilitate the visits, bearing the financial burden herself.
'FaceTime' father!'
In her legally binding statement, the reality star portrayed the restaurant owner as an inconsistent and absent presence in their daughter's life, labeling him a "'FaceTime' father who is inconsistent with even talking to his child at best." Earlier, Daly had accused Moore of not notifying him about Brooklyn's participation in a pizza advertisement and failing to respond to his FaceTime calls. "[Kenya] shall notify [Marc] of any opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera and shall advise [Marc] of the content of the appearance; the minor child will only be involved in opportunities that are age-appropriate." However Moore has refuted her ex-husband's allegations, as per the court documents.
