LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Former MLB player Jose Canseco attacked WWE wrestler Logan Paul and in retaliation, the latter hit back at the former in a heated Twitter conversation back in 2020. This feud may have had something to do with Canseco's daughter.
The fight started when Canseco tweeted, “I will fight anyone of the Logan Brothers they have enough for anyone with any type of talent yet or fighting skills.” However, Paul quickly reacted, viciously attacking his rival, as Canseco's message quickly gained traction on social media.
'I love smashing cansecos'
Paul replied to Canseco's tweet saying, “No problem. I love smashing cansecos.”
Canseco and Paul have a rough history. Canseco's daughter, Josie, who is a Victoria's Secret model, dated Paul for a short time in 2020. The relationship didn't last very long. Later, Paul reportedly said that she was getting too self-centered and he was not the one for her.
Canseco made a public statement about their break-up in 2020, describing it as painful and filled with turmoil. He even told Paul that he should call his management immediately if he wanted to fight him. "Okay since you like smashing Canseco Logan get ahold of my agent Mike Maguire let's get this done," Canseco tweeted.
‘Old ppl should stay off social media’
Canseco’s tweet was criticized by many including Paul's brother, Jake, who said, “Old ppl should stay off social media.” Another fan commented, “Who’s gonna tell Jose about how what he said makes absolutely no sense?”
Moreover, there were some who did not like Paul's reply to the tweet. A user said, “I want to fight @LoganPaul he thinks he is so tough. Lol the guy is a bum. His brother is even worse.” Another user commented saying, “Ugh.. sometimes we need to drink our pride. This is not right to be immaturely insensitive towards Josie.”
