LOS ANGELES, CALFORNIA: ‘Today’ host and journalist, Sheinelle Jones recently shared intimate photos of her rarely-seen husband, Uche Ojeh, and their children, Clara, Uche, and Kayin on Monday, June 12 broadcast. The couple celebrated their twins’ 11th birthday on the weekend at American Dream Mall in New Jersey.
The 45-year-old daytime TV host Jones recapped her family time on the weekend during Monday’s show. Jones tied the knot with the businessman in 2007 in Philadelphia. The couple celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary in September 2022. Jones and Uche have three children. Jones gave birth to her eldest child, Kayin in August 2009 and welcomed twins, Uche and Clara in 2012.
‘Weekend they’ll cherish’
Earlier this week, ‘3rd Hour of Today’ hosts Al Roker, Sheinelle Jones, and Craig Melvin shared highlights from their weekends. Melvin first went on to give details about his trip to the 2023 Belmont Stakes horse race with his wife, Lindsay Czarniak, and two children, Delano and Sybil. Roker then gushed about his jam-packed days off where he went to dinner at downtown New York City restaurant, Raf’s with his wife, Deborah Roberts.
Lastly, Jones recalled her weekend joy at American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey where she celebrated her children, Uche and Clara’s 11th birthday. While Roker and Melvin shared photos from their weekend, Jones also shared intimate pictures from the bash including a rare snap of the whole family at the mall’s indoor waterpark. She and her husband, Uche Ojhe posed with their older son, Kayin, and twins in front of a huge cartoon sculpture.
Jones also took to her Instagram to share multiple snaps from the weekend including her husband, friends, and children. She even showed her twinning with her daughter in a pink outfit. Jones then joked that the fathers had an amazing time adding a “weekend they’ll cherish."
Sheinelle Jones’ embarrassing on-air moments
Jones often had her silly embarrassing moment on live TV. Recently, during her live segment alongside co-hosts, Melvin, Roker, and Dylan Dreyer, the group talked about the new movie ‘The Perfect Find’. Jones then barked on to burn the lead characters. Keith Powers, who plays Eric in the movie caught her eyes when he appeared on the screen and she said giggling, “Oh, is that the son?” Roker who was embarrassed begged her, “Come on, stop!” followed by Melvin’s response, “What is wrong with you?” Jones concluded the awkward moment as she broke out in laughter.
