MALIBU, CALIFORNIA: A woman has filed a hit-and-run report against Gary Busey, claiming that the actor hit her car and drove away in Malibu on Tuesday, 5 September.
The woman, who has not been identified, told TMZ that Busey hit her back bumper while exiting a Malibu shopping center and then sped off. The case is being investigated now after Busey was listed in the report.

The woman said she followed him and tried to get his insurance information, but he refused to cooperate.
TMZ obtained video footage of the incident, which shows the woman driving alongside Busey and shouting at him.
“You hit my car,” she says, as Busey turns to look at her and the camera. “I need your information. Sir! You hit my car!”
The video also shows the woman catching up with Busey at a stop sign and confronting him again.
She points out the damage on his front bumper and asks for his insurance details. In the video, Busey says he has Progressive insurance, but declines to give any more information because he’s “private.”

The woman can be heard saying, “It doesn’t matter. You hit me. You hit my car,” as Busey leaves.
The woman continues to say, “No, you rear-ended me! You can’t hit someone and then leave. Yo! That’s not okay.”

A spokesperson for the Malibu, Lost Hills Sheriff’s Office confirmed to EW that the woman filed a hit-and-run report on Wednesday.
The spokesperson said that the case is being investigated by the station’s traffic detectives.
Busey, 79, is an Oscar-nominated actor who has appeared in films such as 'The Buddy Holly Story', 'Lethal Weapon', 'Point Break', and 'Under Siege'.
