Grab your tissues — the last season of Sex Education is officially upon us.
The last time we saw the Moordale crew, everyone was on the cusp of big changes: Jean (Gillian Anderson) had a baby, Maeve (Emma Mackey) moved to America, Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) broke up with Adam (Connor Swindells). And Season 4's trailer, although brief, gives us a quick rundown on where everyone's at.
SEE ALSO: The Cast of 'Sex Education' plays 'Don't @ Me'After three seasons, Otis (Asa Butterfield) is now a self-proclaimed, and hilariously proud, sex therapist, following in his mother's expert footsteps and publicly offering pearls of wisdom in his school's hallways as part of Moordale's Secondary Team. But simply being Jean's son can't be his only source of authority forever.
The trailer also offers us glimpses of Maeve's life amid her scholarship in America (with a short cameo of her ivy league advisor played by extremely welcome cast addition Dan Levy), an intimate talk between Otis and his ex-girlfriend Ruby (Mimi Keene), Jean slaying as a mom, and yes, a full ass shot of Otis taking a nude in his bathroom. Is it even a new season of Sex Education without it?
How to watch: Season 4 of Sex Education premieres on Netflix Sept. 21.
