LEHI, UTAH: 21-year-old 'Sister Wives' star Gwendlyn Brown, who recently opened up about her sexuality, has directed her criticism towards Joy Behar. Gwendlyn has been actively creating YouTube vlogs, sharing family anecdotes, reviewing past episodes, and even watching old interviews. While her videos often portray a negative perspective towards her father Kody Brown, challenging some of his life choices, her latest reaction video takes aim at the popular talk show host.
In a YouTube vlog, Gwendlyn reviewed a throwback episode featuring Kody Brown and his wives Christine, Meri, Janelle, and Robyn, as they appeared on 'The Joy Behar Show' during the 2000s. As Gwendlyn watched the interview, she became increasingly uncomfortable when Joy Behar unexpectedly flirted with her father, prompting her to express her disgust.
Joy Behar wants to be Kody Brown's fifth wife
The episode featured a segment capturing Joy's conversation with Kody, in which she inquired about the number of wives he desired. In a playful response, he jokingly remarked, "One, I mean five." While Gwendlyn found her father's remark amusing, she did not appreciate Joy's inquiry about becoming his fifth wife. As she asked Kody, "Could I be your fifth wife," this statement caused Gwendlyn to make a frown face and she directed viewers' attention toward Christine's awkwardness during the interview and said, "Now my mum is saying umm..." Later she added on how this was not the first time taking a dig at the show host as she said, "That was a serious problem with women just wanting my dad; it was so cre-," almost about to complete the word 'creepy.' She also narrated a story of a Spanish teacher who tried her luck with the 'Sister Wives' star and made it 'creepy' in the end.
Gwendlyn Brown calls her dad Kody Brown 'useless'
"It's definitely a benefit to this lifestyle to have somebody there and in place, if anything were to happen," Meri said, referencing Kody's other wives, in the 2010 clip, to which Gwendlyn replied saying "Cause dads are useless and they can't take care of the children." Referencing her father's behavior towards her, even in her previous videos she has regarded him as a 'misogynist' and also called Kody out for his 'manipulative' behavior. Later in the video while she reviewed the episode, Gwendlyn was upset to see Kody's approach to her mother Christine as he said, he was "a little cowardly" during his marriage to Christine, saying, "Maybe I should have told her that I didn't like her, but what I didn't do was I didn't quit." Gwendlyn then said replying to that statement, "I think it's more cowardly to be in a relationship where you don't love somebody than it is to leave instead of experiencing heartbreak."
