LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Scarlett Johansson is easily one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. Aside from being an acclaimed actress, she has been featured multiple times in Forbes magazine. However, her journey to the top hasn't been easy, especially when it comes to her love life.
Johansson, 38, comes from a family of film creatives. Her paternal grandfather was a film producer and screenwriter, and her mother also worked as a film producer. The 'Avengers' star went on to become one of the world's highest-paid actresses in 2018 and 2019. She is known for her hit movies 'Lost in Translation,' 'Ghost World,' and 'Girl with a Pearl Earring.' However, her most critically acclaimed performance was when she portrayed an amputee in 'The Horse Whisperer.' Johansson eventually became the ninth-highest-grossing box office star of all time, with her films grossing over 14.3 billion dollars worldwide.

Despite her success, Johansson's love life was in shambles. While we can knock wood that she's happily married now, she hasn't always been lucky with her relationships over the years. In a conversation with Cosmopolitan magazine in 2020, Johansson opened up about one particular relationship that had her losing her sanity. It was an unhealthy romance, the actress said, revealing that the guy was always unavailable for her. At the time, for some reason, she found the unavailability attractive. As time passed, she began to question her life choices and eventually realized that her attachment to the unidentified love interest was undeniably driving her toward rock bottom.
Johansson recalled that she was out with friends one night and found herself outside the bar at 1.30 am texting her then-boyfriend. She realized she had reached her breaking point. "You have to get to your breaking point. Rock bottom is the moment when you're like, 'I've lost myself. Why am I taking a taxi to see him at some ungodly hour? This isn't me," she said. The star decided to end the relationship, later realizing that if she had continued she would have been lost in the repetitive cycle of a relationship that was sucking her life from within. She went on to be linked with other celebrities, with some relationships culminating in marriage and others being nothing more than short-lived flings.
Johansson's most famous romance to date has been with 'Deadpool' star Ryan Reynolds, whom she started dating in 2007 shortly after he ended his relationship with Alanis Morissette. The couple announced their engagement in May of 2008 and went on to tie the knot four months later in a private and intimate ceremony in British Columbia. The union, however, was rather short-lived and the pair announced their split in 2010.
Reynolds went on to marry Blake Lively in 2012, and Johansson took the ows with French journalist Romain Dauriac in 2014. The two, however, parted ways in 2017 and share a daughter Rose, aged 8.
Nowadays, Johansson is happily married to 'Saturday Night Live' star Colin Jost.
The pair have been married since 2020 and share a son Cosmo, aged 1.
