FRANKLIN LAKES, NEW JERSEY: 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Melissa Gorga's husband, Joe Gorga, has been sued by his former lawyer for "refusing" to pay legal expenses in a $6 million real estate deal. As allegations surface that Joe's former lawyer, Alan Trembulak, is suing him for $3,337.50 in unpaid legal fees, fans have long questioned the 'RHONJ' star and his impending bill cases over the years.
Joe and Melissa Gorga and their three children moved into their Franklin Lakes house in November 2022 after purchasing the property for $950,000. The house husband was first sued for $30,264.06 in November 2022 by contractors who accused him of failing to pay them building charges on the freshly completed mansion, according to All About the Tea. The US Sun then stated that County Concrete Corporation revised its case and is now suing Joe for a staggering $110,972.58. County Concrete Corporation stated in an updated lawsuit filed on December 21, 2022, that they delivered supplies to Joe from September 2021 to January 2022. They stated the items were worth $110,972.58. County Concrete Corporation requested a jury trial. In his statement, Joe disputed all the plaintiff's accusations. He asked that the lawsuit be dismissed and that he be compensated for his legal bills. Then, earlier this month, RadarOnline claimed that Joe and Melissa were sued by a lady who was hurt on a property they were in charge of overseeing. Melissa and Joe responded by rejecting her fault claims and requesting that the action be dismissed. The investigation is still underway.

Joe Gorga sued again
One of Joe's previous lawyers is now suing him, according to The US Sun. Alan was recruited by Joe in December 2020 to represent him in a $6 million commercial real estate deal, according to the lawsuit filed on June 26. According to the court documents, "During the period from December 8, 2020, through May 6, 2021, the plaintiff performed legal services for the defendant in connection with the transaction. On May 14, 2021, and June 9, 2021, the plaintiff rendered itemized invoices to the defendant for services totaling $3,337.50. Despite the plaintiff’s demands, the defendant has failed and refused to pay any portion of the amount due," the lawsuit said. "Payment has been demanded and has not been made."
The offerings include teleconferences, contract review and revision, and other services. Alan is also seeking interest, attorney's fees, and litigation expenses. According to court documents, a summons was delivered to Joe, but he has not answered the complaint.
