LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'RHOC' star Emily Simpson, 47, reportedly responded to comments on her Instagram page who suggested that her recent weight loss was due to using Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for individuals with Type 2 diabetes. As she confidently posed alongside her six-year-old twin sons Luke and Keller cutting a slim figure fans rushed to the conclusion that it was for sure Ozempic she was using.
She captioned the photo as "Happy fathers Day" and asked the fans what are their plans for the weekend. "I was trying to get a cute photo of the jumpsuit but my boys and dog kept jumping in the photos. Have an awesome weekend friends! Xoxo," she wrote in the caption.
'You don't know me'
The three photos she shared attracted lots of comments. Even as fans praised her appearance that linked it with Ozempic as one wrote, "Oh oh oh Ozempic, you know! You look fabulous but you looked fabulous pre Ozempic too. Another wrote, how’s that Ozempic working out for you? responding to a comment about Ozempic's effectiveness, Simpson confidently replied, "You don't know me, and nothing will 'revert back' because my arms are jacked from heavy lifting," People reported. Another commenter questioned which diet pill Simpson used, stating that diet and exercise alone would not yield such rapid results. In response, Simpson clarified, "It hasn't been two months. We stopped filming in November of 2022."
'I still work out hard'
The 'ROHC' star has been open about procedures even back in February she shared before and after photos of a facelift surgery. "Being middle-aged, gaining 30 pounds and then losing it, menopause …," she detailed in the post. She also revealed her plastic surgeon for "my mini lower face/ neck lift." Saying, "He did an amazing job because I still look like myself… just like myself before my jawline packed up and left town."
"He also did my breast implant removal, lift, and fat transfer for my chest followed up by another surgery recently that I’ll talk more about soon!." She reasoned, "all women are allowed to choose what they do with their bodies and how they would like to age. From completely natural to surgery … it’s up to each woman" Even as she revealed her procedures, Emily said, "I still work out hard and work out consistently, but once you reach a certain age there are just things you cannot change naturally. I choose a combo approach," she followed it with a laughing emoticon.
