According to Kylie's announcement, she's launching three new shades of her "award-winning" gloss drip on August 8. In the picture she shared for promotion, she was pictured with a gloss drip shaped like an ice cream, and it seemed like she was sucking on it. The lip gloss left a red stain on the upper part of the "ice cream," which led many fans to mistakenly think it was her tongue, adding to the confusion.
