At Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 22, the main event of ONE Friday Fights 34 was a 140-pound catchweight fight between the two fighters. 'JRE' host recently shared his thoughts on the match.

Rogan opened up about the Muay Thai match Superlek Kitamoo9 vs Rodtang Jitmuangnon. He declared that he thought Muay Thai had a great chance of thriving in the West.
Rogan stated on Instagram, “Out of all the combat sports out there, Muay Thai has the biggest untapped potential in the Western world. The talent is there, the excitement is off the charts. I think it’s just going to take the right organization with deep pockets to make it as huge as it deserves to be over here.”
He went on to say, “Absolutely amazing fight between two masters of the art at ONE Championship.” He spoke after UFC fighter Matt Brown, who highlighted the appeal of Muay Thai on a global level.
Brown remarked, “How is Muay Thai not the biggest sport in the world? Would you rather watch football? Or soccer? I don’t get it. Respect to these killers, Rodtang and Superlek. Thanks for an amazing fight!”
