The update conveyed a positive change in Speed's health. Speed is reportedly "doing much better." Additionally, the doctors' reliance on IV drugs and antibiotics is rapidly declining. They are now switching to using oral drugs, instead.
The tweet read, “He is doing much better and they are winging him off the antibiotics and IV And do mouth meds, The docs will come talk to me today and rum another test tomorrow.” Furthermore, Speed's video editor, Slipper, has provided another update stating that the YouTuber's mother has arrived in Tokyo to offer her unwavering support. After acknowledging the update on the YouTuber’s health a fan stated, "That’s good news."

Amidst facing a severe health scare, Speed's livestream became a highly anticipated moment for his fans. During the stream, he was seen sitting on a hospital bed, closely tracking his followers as the number approached 19 million.
