Following their recent outing in New York City, Turner has made a legal move by filing a lawsuit in a Manhattan court against estranged husband Joe Jonas, seeking the return of her two daughters to England.

Now, rumors have begun to circulate suggesting a possible association between Swift and Turner's decision to file the lawsuit.
One user wrote on Twitter, "The fact that the dinner happened before the lawsuit makes me think Sophie spent dinner explaining the situation and her options and Taylor's response was 'girl. do it.'"

Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner were seen hanging out following the news of Turner's divorce from estranged husband Joe Jonas, who is also Swift's ex.
"They were normal. Completely normal," a source told People of Swift, 33, and Turner's dinner outing. "Everyone was all excited, but they were normal."
"Sophie seemed to be enjoying the night," an onlooker said. "Taylor is a great friend. Sophie can talk to her about anything," a second source added. "It cheered Sophie up to spend time with Taylor."
In her recently filed lawsuit, Turner is seeking the prompt return of her two daughters, 3-year-old Willa and a 14-month-old baby girl identified as DJ to England, claiming they were "wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained."
According to Turner's lawsuit, she and Jonas had discussions during Christmas 2022, preparing for the upcoming year, where they mutually agreed to designate England as their permanent residence.
