LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sam Asghari allegedly told Britney Spears that he will reveal "extraordinarily embarrassing" information about her if she refuses to renegotiate their prenup.
According to a report released on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, Asghari, 29, and Spears, 41, recently ended their 14-month marriage when he allegedly confronted her about adultery suspicions.

Asghari is supposedly being difficult after an apparent year-long marriage to Spears.
According to a Page Six report, Asghari allegedly wants the pop icon to pay him more than what their prenup stipulates in order to keep her secrets after their divorce.
According to a source, the 'Family Business' actor is "attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid."
Another insider informed the outlet that Spears is "protected" by her team and that the former couple's "parting will be respectful." They stated, "It’s blackmail and it’ll never happen."
Asghari might not be able to claim a share of the money his wife makes while they are still married.
Sam Asghari and Britney Spears split up following a 'nuclear argument'
The Daily Mail reported that Asghari and Spears have split up following a "nuclear argument" in which he confronted his wife about rumors that she had been unfaithful. The veracity of the rumors is, however, uncertain.
Asghari reportedly believed the reports that Spears was deceitful, leading to the couple's "huge fight" and Asghari's decision to leave their home and move into a separate residence.
According to a source with "direct knowledge" of the couple's reported split, Asghari has left their mansion, and will soon file for divorce, per TMZ.
The divorce news was revealed just three days after Spears shared a disturbing and obscene video with her Instagram followers following the purchase of a new stripper pole.
In June 2022, Spears and Asghari exchanged vows in a lavish ceremony at the California mansion of the 'Toxic' singer.
