LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Rack City' Rapper Tyga has responded following the model and his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna's filing on Friday, August 25, for shared custody and child support for their sole child, 10-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson.
The Grammy-nominated rapper, 33, instantly responded in the comments section after The Shade Room posted a story on the model's, 35, court filing.
Tyga wrote in the comment section, "10 years later…nah…stick to your schedule sat-mon."
Legal records obtained by Page Six show that the former reality star requested joint legal and physical custody of their son Cairo be split between his parents in a filed on July 24.
Who is King Cairo?
The 'Rack City' rapper made his comments shortly after it was reported that Chyna (real name: Angela White) had filed for custody of their 10-year-old son in an effort to have Tyga pay child support.
Around two years before they split up, the former couple welcomed King Cairo on October 16, 2012. Cairo is the 'Rack City' rapper's only child while Chyna and her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian have a 6-year-old daughter, Dream.
Chyna discussed co-parenting with Tyga in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in August 2023. "I feel like with everything — time heals everything, and people change, and situations change," she remarked.
King Cairo is a loving big brother
Cairo adored his infant sister even before Dream was born. A tender moment between Chyna's son and unborn daughter was captured on Snapchat in 2020 while she was still pregnant.
As indicated by his mother's social media posts, Cairo is now Dream's adoring big brother and the two are getting even closer.
Dedicated to her children, Chyna has two tattoos on her hands. The celebrity unveiled the body art on Snapchat in 2017, displaying tattoos of King Cairo's name on her left hand and Dream's name in the same style on her right.
King Cairo already attending red carpets
Since he was a young child, the now-10-year-old has accompanied his mother to red-carpet events. Chyna took her son to the 2017 Kid's Choice Awards when he was 4 years old. Cairo returned to the Kid's Choice Awards in 2019, this time bringing his father.
King Cairo loves playing soccer
The 35-year-old model recently shared several images of her son Cairo on Instagram, showing him displaying his soccer skills. The happy mother snaps a picture of her son kicking the ball while flipping his body in midair.
In another image, Cairo prepares to kick the ball as he turns to face it. With his hands behind his back and one foot on the ball, he strikes a photo-ready pose in the final image.
The caption by Chyna said, "King is so passionate about his craft. ⚽️"
Who is the father of King Cairo?
10-year-old Cairo is the only son of rapper Tyga (real name: Micheal Ray Stevenson) and Chyna.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the father-and-son duo made the most of their indoor time by taking part in several online challenges, such as the trending Fruit Roll-Up challenge.
Fans were shocked by how closely Tyga and his kid Cairo resembled one another after he posted a video of the two on Instagram
Fans were quick to comment on their special relationship and shared traits. One person commented, "LMAO this is so cute." Another person remarked, "He’s handsome just like his daddy." "Your twin," a third follower retorted.
How many kids does Tyga have?
Tyga has only one child King Cairo with ex-Chyna. During an interview on 106.1 KMEL radio Tyga talked about whether Cairo will follow in his footsteps and seek a career in the entertainment industry.
He declared, "I don't think I am going to force him into anything. I'm just like let him learn and be a kid and find his own personality."
Tyga further added that he is even more determined to develop a close bond with his son because he has never met his own father.
Blac Chyna filed for joint custody of son King Cairo
Chyna indicated what she thinks must be done for the "best interest of the child" in the court filing, which also revealed unverified information about Cairo's present living status.
"The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party," the document says in reference to child support.
The amount of child support Chyna demanded was not made public, nor were the financial specifics.
Last year, Tyga laughed off his ex's claims that he and Rob Kardashian, the father of her baby, provide "no support" for her.
