CLEVELAND, OHIO: Jake Paul is quite interested in seeing Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk engage in an MMA battle and he wants it to take place in the PFL. Since 2022, Zuckerberg has been practicing mixed martial arts. Most recently, he was spotted studying under grappling prodigy Mikey Musumeci. At a recent jiu-jitsu competition, he even won a gold medal in the white-belt division.
It's possible that the battle between the tech CEOs may go down as the largest celebrity combat sports match in recent memory. The possibility has "The Problem Child" Jake Paul excited because it's a chance to raise awareness of his chosen fight promoter PFL.
'Oh s**t, this is getting real'
"Elon I will gladly promote your fight against Zuck, we can do it in the PFL on ESPN+ for charity," Paul tweeted.
Jake Paul's tweet encouraging the conflict between the two CEOs was met with an immediate response from the public. A fan said, “Oh shit - this is getting real. The cage match with Zuckerberg is picking up traction & taking on a life of its own,” while another one commented, “This is the Fight we need!”
Another user commented on the tweet and said, “He should be working on developing zero point energy technologies instead of beefing online,” while another one said, “Lmao he doesn’t need you bro. Calm down.”
Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg
After a Twitter user warned him to "be careful" because the co-founder of Meta is now learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Tesla CEO Musk suggested a battle between himself and Zuckerberg. He replied, “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol.” Using Khabib Nurmagomedov's "send me location" slogan, Zuckerberg quickly responded. Musk then replied, "Vegas octagon," indicating that the battle should take place there.
Musk made fun of himself by admitting that he doesn't work out often, thus acknowledging that Zuckerberg would have the edge of experience if the two were to meet in the cage.
“I have this great move that I call "The Walrus", where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing. I almost never work out, except for picking up my kids & throwing them in the air,” he said.
When Zuckerberg won gold and silver in his first Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament last month, his abilities astonished UFC fighters. Zuckerberg, an avid lover of mixed martial arts, caught the attention of fight aficionados by sharing a video of himself grappling with American fighter Khai Wu in 2022.
