NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'Fox & Friends' host Will Cain could not stop himself from attacking President Joe Biden as he recently arrived in the disaster zone of Florida.
The state has been seriously affected by Hurricane Idalia and has already seen major destruction, just like it has been each year.
The Fox host was not happy when the president blamed the disaster on the global rising temperatures and went on an angry rant about turning the suffering of people into something political.
He wrote, “Sick and tired of politicians standing on the bodies of kids or on burnt ground to pimp their politics,” adding, “Climbed on the soapbox this morning. Sorry.”
The internet came in to agree with what Cain had to say about the president and many said they could relate with his anger.
Will Cain slams President Joe Biden for comments on climate change
President Biden has been consistently attacked for his responses to the multiple crises going around in the country, especially the recent Maui wildfires that caused severe destruction in the area.
Something specific that has put many Americans off about Biden is his repeated reliance on climate change as the cause of these disasters.
Cain, who had been closely dealing with the wildfires previously, was further angered when the president retained his stance on the hurricane in Florida as well.
In the clip he shared of himself, he said, "I’m sick and tired of politicians standing on the graves of dead children in the case of school children, school shootings or natural disasters where towns are burnt to the ground or destroyed by a hurricane and using it as a moment to ghoul and pimp for their politics."
Republicans in particular have had issues with Biden asking for more money to be expensed toward climate change and Cain is no different.
He added, "It’s beyond grotesque to land into a disaster zone where people have been destroyed and to say, you know what should be the solution here? You know what the problem is? You haven’t given me enough power."
Addressing the opposition, he said, "Your climate science no, your climate change Chicken Little has turned into a religion. It’s not to say there’s not science in some of these elements for us to discuss, but you’ve turned it into a religion."
He concluded his rant, stating, "And you are the same people that can’t sound an alarm in Lahaina. And you’re asking us to give you the power and money to turn over to you the global thermostat."
Internet says Will Cain's anger is relatable
As the Fox host apologized while resharing the video of his rant, many came in to support his views and agree with them.
"You never need to apologize," a follower responded to his tweet while another one said, "We’re all sick and tired of it as well. Your voice is louder than ours so I’ll say thank you. Keep speaking your truth. And my truth."
Many also found Cain's anger genuine and necessary. A follower wrote, "Good to see Will with an appropriate Bite! Appreciate someone telling like it is."
Another one responded with, "This is the most succinct expression of the anger and frustration many of us feel every time one of these soulless hacks steps before a mic and uses it for the reasons you cite."
The same person further wrote, "Almost as bad as making other’s tragedies about themselves. Yet we’re the deplorables."
Some were not completely on board with what Cain had to say. A person wrote, "Man. All kinds of angry. He gets criticized for not going fast enough. Then he goes and gets criticized for going? Just say I don’t like him because he is a liberal and stop whining."
Another one retained a neutral stance and said, "Let's remember that all politicians aren't the same. It's disheartening to see anyone use tragedy for political gain, but there are those genuinely working towards change. The key is to distinguish between the two. Let's encourage accountability, not blanket negativity."
