NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Ousted ‘GMA3’ star Amy Robach is up and running again as she shared a soaking snap after her long run on the streets of New York City.
The 50-year-old is a big running enthusiast and is a certified marathon participant.
Given that the New York City Marathon is just a few months away, Robach has decided to rebuild her stamina and prepare for the big event.
Robach is extremely focused on the upcoming NYC marathon and recently ran close to 16 miles on a rainy day in the city.

The former ‘GMA3’ host recently took to Instagram to share an update with her followers after her long and sweaty run in New York.
Robach had been on a brief hiatus from Instagram after her affair with TJ Holmes was exposed but returned to the platform last month to regain lost time and share life updates with her followers.
After a series of posts in the last few weeks, the ex-GMA star has now shared a carousel post that features a selfie and a screenshot of her running app.
In the close-up selfie, Robach can be seen donning a black cap, with a transparent white jacket and a yellow sports bra under it.
The ousted ‘GMA’ host can be seen catching her breath as she clicks the photo.
She also shared her impressive stats from her run in New York which saw her burn close to 1700 calories.
She completed her run in two hours and 26 minutes.
Robach captioned her post, “Pushing through the rain and the wind today! #6weekstogo #nycmarathon”
However, Robach is expected to run with her boyfriend Holmes in the upcoming NYC marathon.

Robach who is currently training for the marathon also shared another screenshot of her stats a while ago.
In the snap shared to her story, Robach ran 15 miles in two hours and 19 minutes. She and Holmes often run marathons together and are expected by many to do so again.
Robach captioned the screenshot on her story, “Training run starting to get longer! #nycmarathon2023.”
The NYC Marathon 2023 is scheduled for November 5, 2023.
