NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Kai Cenat, the renowned streamer with an impressive following of 6.3 million on Twitch and millions of fans across various social media platforms, joined the YouTube group AMP in 2020 to expand his online community.
Recently, AMP members, including Cenat, fanum, Chris, Duke Dennis, Drake, and Agent00, released a collaborative rap song titled 'AMP FRESHMAN CYPHER'. During Cenat's performance in the video, he seemed to indirectly deliver a diss track aimed at Kick, as well as other Kick streamers such as Adin Ross and BruceDropEmOff.
Did Kai Cenat receive a Kick offer?
AMP's release has sparked intense social media speculation, with many labeling it a diss track. Interestingly, in the lyrics sung by Cenat, speculation about his potential involvement with Kick seemed to have been put to rest. However, it has now come to light that Kick did offer him a deal of $40 million to join the platform.
In the track, Cenat sings, "Let's talk about the streaming sh*t, 'cause the N-word gets soft. I do my own thing and I put that on a cross. They offered me 40 million, I told them double it for more. Then Rumble came in and started knocking right on that door." The lyrics make it clear that Cenat rejected the Kick deal and demanded twice that amount. Cenat also mentioned the opportunity that he got from Rumble and he eagerly pursued it.
'Wow that was trash'
However, the video didn't receive a positive response from fans. One fan said, "Wow that was trash 🤯" Another asked, "“Why did Adin have to bring up numbers” I love Kai but he’s saying the same shit he was complaining about lmao 🤣🤣🤣" A tweet read, "Ngl imma real ass N-word so imma say real niqqa shiid this whole cypher was terrible 🤷🏾♂️💯" Another wrote, "Whats really sad is everyone in his circle is to busy riding his wave to tell him this dis was trash." Meanwhile, someone else said, "Ain’t no way he gonna diss Bruce after saying he fucks with him on yatchys pod. Thats lame if he is."
