LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Charlie Sheen is reportedly angry and frustrated over his daughter Sami's online behavior, specifically her provocative posts on OnlyFans. The 19-year-old has been open about her involvement on the platform, even referring to herself as a "sex worker." Sheen is said to be placing the blame on his ex-wife Denise Richards for the situation.
According to Radar Online, Sheen, 57, has reacted strongly to his daughter's career choice and is said to be furious. However, some find it ironic that he would criticize her considering his own troubled past. The former 'Two and a Half Men' star experienced a downfall in his career due to his involvement with prostitutes, drug use, and his public admission of being HIV positive.
'Denise should have done more to steer her away'
"Charlie thought Sami would have learned from his mistakes and is convinced Denise should have done more to steer her away from such a sleazy career," said a source. Denise Richards, known for her role in 'Wild Things', has responded to the criticism. At 52 years old, she has been open about her own choices, including posing topless and having an OnlyFans page. "All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices," she asserted.
Earlier, Sami sparked anticipation among her followers by teasing them about revealing her breasts, saying, "I know you’re probably thinking: 'How the hell are you a sex worker if you keep [your breasts] censored?' But trust me, I have my ways. I still show pretty much everything." Sami later clarified that she is not involved in sex work, refuting the previous claims.
'You own your content'
Last year, Richards shared her reasoning behind joining OnlyFans. She told Page Six, "My daughter got a lot of backlash for opening the account. I had heard of OnlyFans but I wasn’t educated on what OnlyFans was, and once I started to learn about it, I really think that the creators of the site really took the best of every platform of social media and put it into one site." "You own your content. The other sites, they can sell your content. We all post pictures of ourselves with bathing suits on Instagram and some of the other sites that there’s no difference other than you actually own the content," she added.
